"I've had the pleasure of working with Nick for several years. He grew in my organization from being a great technician, to a team lead and then a Manager. Throughout that time Nick's positive attitude, desire to learn and initiative to solve problems has made him stand out. As one example, Nick proposed a solution to the difficulty of finding information due to our disparate Wiki, SharePoint's and knowledge bases acquired through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Nick worked to move all relevant documents and links as well as creating new guides to a single One Note instance view-able by the team as a whole. Nick owned it and continued to maintain it ensuring it remained accurate. Nick is a hands on Manager that wins the respect of his team by being a technical resource as well as bringing innovative solutions to help them do their jobs.
